Day 1: Torres del Paine National Park

ITALY/PUERTO NATALES/TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK (-/-/D)

Depart for Chilean Patagonia and discover the famous Torres del Paine National Park and its unique landscapes on horseback. A park covering nearly 190,000 hectares, one of the largest in the country and designated a UNESCO biosphere reserve in 1959. With its main glaciers—Grey, Pingo, Tyndall, and Geikie—it is part of the Southern Patagonian Ice Field.

A unique combination to experience Patagonia up close with local gauchos, their culture, and traditions, riding wonderful Creole horses, all while enjoying the care of the services provided and the comfort of the accommodations. We offer a diversity of landscapes and views, crossing the park from south to north: from lush vegetation to pampas, forests, mountains, and valleys, with numerous icebergs floating in the lakes, not forgetting the unique view of Grey Glacier that you’ll remember for a lifetime. Ideal for those wanting to immerse themselves in the local culture, explore a unique place in the world on horseback, and enjoy the family atmosphere and great local food in the evenings.

Pick-up from Puerto Natales International Airport (PNT) and a 2-hour transfer to Estancia Cerro Guido, where you will experience the life of the gauchos and the rural people. Then, we will head to our accommodation at Baguales Glamping, a place surrounded by gentle hills and towering mountains, located on the north side of Torres del Paine, right next to the Argentine border. A Calafate sour (typical Patagonian drink) will be waiting for us upon arrival. Dinner at the outpost and overnight at the exclusive Baguales Glamping in domes with private bathrooms.

Day 2: Torres del Paine National Park

TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK (B/L/D)
A full day on horseback in the Sierra Baguales, about 6 hours, exploring the pristine and breathtaking landscape. Lunch at an old outpost, a place where gauchos (Patagonian cowboys) still live. Dinner and overnight at Baguales Glamping.

Day 3: Torres del Paine National Park

TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we’ll head out on horseback towards Estancia Cerro Guido, reaching it in about 7 hours. Picnic lunch and rest during siesta. We will spend the night at an authentic working estancia adjacent to the famous Torres del Paine National Park, with the chance to enjoy spectacular views from the living room where the gauchos bring their sheep.

Day 4: Torres del Paine National Park

TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK (B/L/D)
A full day riding to Laguna Azul with a packed lunch along the way. With a bit of luck, we may spot some wild horses! Dinner with Asado de cordero (lamb barbecue) and a Pisco Sour! We will spend the night in a cozy house with mountain views.

Day 5: Torres del Paine National Park

TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK (B/L/D)
A ride from Laguna Azul to Rio Serrano (9 hours), covering about 50 km along Lake Sarmiento, enjoying wild landscapes between forests and mountains near the lagoons in Torres del Paine National Park. Picnic lunch along the way. We will continue riding and enjoy one of the most beautiful natural parks in Patagonia! After leaving our horses in a paddock, transportation will pick us up for transfer to Rio Serrano Hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Torres del Paine National Park

TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK (B/L/D)
A 4-hour horseback ride from Rio Serrano to Grey Lake, where we’ll take a boat to Grey Glacier (3 hours) to admire the glacier from the Southern Patagonian Ice Field. The location for lunch will depend on the arrival time. We’ll enjoy a 45-minute scenic walk to return to the boat. Transfer back to the Rio Serrano Hotel for the final night.
