Pantanal River Cruise | 6 Days and 5 Nights

Upon arrival at Campo Grande Airport (CGR), you will be welcomed and met by a private transfer to Corumbá, approximately 6 hours away (425 km on paved roads), including a lunch stop along the way (not included). Upon arrival in Corumbá, before boarding for the next five nights, enjoy an immersive experience of the city's history, including a visit to the Pantanal Man Museum. Then, board the vessel and cruise upstream along the Paraguay River for an unforgettable journey.

Start the day with breakfast and a breathtaking sunrise near the Paraguay Mirim River, with the opportunity to swim or snorkel in its crystal-clear waters. Then return to the boat for lunch and some well-deserved rest. In the mid-afternoon, embark on an exciting river safari in the Serra do Amolar area, rich in wildlife and stunning landscapes. Return to the boat for a delicious dinner and overnight stay near the Acurizal Reserve.

Enjoy breakfast before disembarking at the Acurizal Reserve for a short hike in search of the Zogue-Zogue monkey, endemic to the region, as well as other wildlife, while the boat continues towards the Cuiabá River. Return on board for lunch. In the mid-afternoon, embark on a river safari near the headquarters of Pantanal National Park, where you can observe the region's rich biodiversity. After an exciting day, return to the boat after sunset for dinner and continue the journey upstream along the Cuiabá River during the night.

After breakfast, embark on an exciting river safari to explore the Negrinho River and its surroundings. Enjoy lunch on board while preparing for an afternoon adventure in the Porto Jofre region, known as the “land of jaguars”, where Encontro das Águas State Park is located. After a day of exploration, return for dinner after sunset and settle in for the night.

Excursions around Encontro das Águas State Park — covering the Cuiabá, Piquiri and Três Irmãos Rivers, together with their tributaries — will take place during the day, providing the perfect opportunity to navigate in search of wildlife. We hope to encounter giant and neotropical otters, capybaras, caimans, a variety of bird species and jaguars, making this an unforgettable adventure in a region of extraordinary biodiversity.

Enjoy breakfast and embark on the final day of river safari to explore even more of the Encontro das Águas State Park region. Enjoy lunch on board while taking in the stunning landscapes. In the mid-afternoon, set out on a river safari culminating in a spectacular sunset. After this memorable excursion, enjoy dinner on board before settling in for a restful night, reflecting on the day's adventures in this extraordinary setting.

After an early breakfast, disembark at Porto Jofre for the final safari, this time by land. Transfer to air-conditioned vehicles for the journey along the 147 km Transpantaneira Park Road, leading to the gold-mining town of Poconé. Continue for another 111 km along the paved state highway towards Cuiabá Airport, with a stop for lunch along the way to refuel and recharge. Upon arrival at the airport, check in for a late-afternoon flight (scheduled after 4:00 p.m.) to your next destination. This marks the end of the services, leaving everyone with cherished memories of this unforgettable adventure.
