Arbus Italy

The territory of Arbus extends along the south-western coast of Sardinia, going down from Capo Frasca to Capo Pecora with a total of 47 kms of coastline. It also includes the chain of Monte Arcuentu to the east and an intermediate sector of hills with the interesting mining areas of Montevecchio, Ingurtosu and Gennamari, which descend gently towards the sea. The town of Arbus is located in the vast mountainous territory and often inaccessible hills, with a gradual descent to the splendid beaches. Old town characterized by houses in granite, presents elements of particular interest as the church of Byzantine style, the Montegranatico, the old Municipality and the workshops of cutlery, in addition to a museum. Arbus offers nuragic and mining archeology, as well as a genuine gastronomy of agrotourism, interesting alternatives to sun tourism and practically uncontaminated beaches.
