Day 1: Zagreb
Arrival to Zagreb. Check in to your hotel. Enjoy nice walking tour of Zagreb and get to know capital of Croatia. Dinner time is free to explore numerous restaurants in the city center. Overnight Zagreb.
Day 2: Zagreb Guided Tour
Start your tour at the beautiful Zrinjevac Park—perfect for photos and local stories. Stroll along lively Bogovićeva Street, then cross Ban Jelačić Square to visit the stunning Zagreb Cathedral. Next, wander through Dolac Market and discover Zagreb’s WWII tunnels. Take the funicular up to Grič Hill for panoramic city views, visit St. Mark’s Church, and learn about the famous Grič cannon at Lotrščak Tower.
Descend through the charming Upper Town to vibrant Tkalčićeva Street, known for its cozy bars and restaurants—ideal for a tasty break. The tour ends back at Ban Jelačić Square, where you can continue exploring on your own.By the end, you’ll know Zagreb’s history, landmarks, and hidden gems—ready to discover more with your local guide by your side! Tour takes about 2,5 hours. Use the rest of the day to explore the city on your own.
Day 3: Full Day Excursion: Plitvice Lakes & Rastoke Village
Discover the stunning beauty of Croatia’s most famous national park – Plitvice Lakes. A UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979, the park features 16 cascading lakes connected by streams and waterfalls. Walk along scenic paths and boardwalks, surrounded by breathtaking nature, with a knowledgeable guide to enrich your experience.
Your journey begins in a small group from Zagreb, with a scenic drive through the Croatian countryside. About an hour into the trip, we’ll stop at the charming village of Rastoke, known for its watermills and fairytale setting. After a short visit and photo break, we’ll continue to Plitvice Lakes. The guided tour includes 8.5 km (5.3 mi) of walking, a relaxing boat ride, and a train ride back to the starting point. Our expert guide ensures you make the most of your time in this natural wonder. After exploring the park, sit back and enjoy the scenic 90-minute drive back to Zagreb through Croatia’s picturesque mountainous landscapes.
Day 4: Day Off Or Optional Excursion To Ljubljana And Lake Bled
Free day to relax or explore on your own. Optional full-day trip to Ljubljana (Slovenia’s charming capital) and Lake Bled, known for its fairytale island and castle. Includes guided tour, transportation, and free time at both locations
Return to Zagreb in the evening.
Day 5: Zagreb – Flight Home
After breakfast, check out and leave for the airport in Zagreb.
