Drive around India Gate to Rashtrapati Bhawan (the President’s House) and visit the Sikh temple and New Delhi. Explore Qutb Minar, the famous minaret—a magnificent 73-meter-high monument that rises in a park home to many turquoise parrots. It is one of the oldest monuments in Delhi. Return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel. (Meals: Breakfast included)

After breakfast, transfer to Jaipur, the "Pink City," capital of Rajasthan, founded in the 18th century. It is one of the most colorful and picturesque cities in India. Check-in at the hotel and overnight stay. (Meals: Breakfast included)

Day 4: Jaipur – Amber Fort – Jaipur

Departure for the visit to Amber Fort. During the Mughal era, the region had to be ready for war at any moment. Amber was the residence of the Maharajahs. When you see the defensive forts surrounding the site, you can imagine the power of its rulers. Ascend and descend the walls by jeep (if you are more than 4 participants). Visit the palace with its rooms decorated with mirrors and the ancient harem, a true labyrinth. Today, you will visit textile block printing workshops where you can have clothes made during the day. The art of block printing: wood block printing is a manual printing technique, an ancestral skill of Rajasthan in northern India. In the afternoon, visit the astronomical observatory, Jantar Mantar. Jaipur’s observatory is a collection of 19 astronomical instruments built by Rajput King Sawai Jai Singh II, the founder of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The monument was completed in 1734. It includes the world’s largest stone sundial and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then, pass by the famous Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds) with its red facade, and the "Pink City," a residential and business district. City tour including the City Palace, the Maharaja’s Palace with its museum of royal garments, ceremonial pavilions, and beautiful miniatures. End the day with a bicycle rickshaw ride through the old city of Jaipur. (Meals: Breakfast included)

Day 5: Jaipur – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra (250km/5–6h)

We drive towards Agra. On the way, visit Fatehpur Sikri, an ancient and remarkable capital built by the Mughal emperor Akbar in 1571 and abandoned after a few years. It is a place more notable from an artistic and architectural point of view that you will discover. The imperial city contains a wide variety of palaces, columned buildings, pavilions, courtyards and ponds, mosques, and caravanserais. Its buildings, both austere and baroque, form an extraordinary synthesis of the most diverse architectural styles. Continuing on to Agra, it is a prime destination for a trip to India, as it is a place where the essence of love reigns. Famous during the reign of the Mughal emperors, the "Taj City" was once the capital of the Mughal Empire. The Mughals were passionate about architecture and built some of the most impressive monuments in the world. Arrive and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel. (Meals: Breakfast included)

Day 6: Agra – Delhi ( 240 Kms/4h)

Departure for a city tour starting with the Taj Mahal (closed on Fridays). The Taj Mahal is a Mughal monument built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his late wife Mumtaz Mahal, who died giving birth to their 14th child. This magnificent work of love in white marble, whose construction began in 1631, took 22 years to complete. More than 20,000 workers and artists from all over India and Central Asia were recruited to complete the work, along with French and Italian decorators. Then, discover the Red Fort, residence of the Mughal emperors. The fortress is located on the banks of the Yamuna River and is surrounded by a wall 20-33 metres high and 2,500 metres in perimeter. After the visit, depart for Delhi. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel. (Meals: Breakfast included)

Day 7: New Delhi – Amritsar (Train) (7– 8h)

Early in the morning, after breakfast, transfer to the Delhi station to take the train to Amritsar, the land of the Sikhs. Our driver will meet you at the station and transfer you to your hotel. In the evening, visit the Golden Temple, the most sacred shrine of the Sikh religion. It was built by the fifth Sikh Guru, Guru Arjan, in the 16th century. The temple is surrounded by a large sacred lake or reservoir called Sarovar, which contains Amrit (holy water). Overnight at the hotel. Note: Please remember to bring a scarf to cover your head during your visit to the Golden Temple. (Meals: Breakfast included)

Day 8: Amritsar

After breakfast at the hotel, explore Durgiana Temple, a Hindu temple renowned for its architectural beauty and religious significance. Take time to appreciate the surroundings and engage in any religious practices you wish. Later, head to Jallianwala Bagh, a historic garden and memorial site. Spend some time exploring the garden and reflecting on the tragic events that occurred there in 1919. After visiting Jallianwala Bagh, head to the Golden Temple, also known as Harmandir Sahib. This is the most sacred Gurudwara in Sikhism and a symbol of religious tolerance. Take time to admire the magnificent architecture and soak in the spiritual atmosphere. Participate in the Langar, the community kitchen where free meals are served to all visitors. You can volunteer to participate in the Langar by helping prepare meals or serving them to devotees. Return to the hotel. In the afternoon, drive to the Wagah Border, about 30 kilometers from Amritsar. This is the international border between India and Pakistan, famous for the daily evening flag-lowering ceremony.
