Day 1: Bangkok — Ayutthaya

07.00 hrsPick up from Bangkok hotel and transfer to Bangkok Railway Station. Then, get the best out of Bangkok by the Public Express Train; take in the memorable surroundings along the railway line to Ayutthaya. ***Note: Depart Krung Thep Aphiwat (Bangkok Train Station) at 08.45 hrs. Arrive Ayutthaya Train Station approximately 09:41 hrs. By train no. 75 (2nd class air-conditioned seat) Your fascinating trip in Ayutthaya will start with an iconic Kermit Tuk Tuk (a special type of motorized Tuk Tuk in Ayutthaya). First stop at Wat Yai Chai Mongkol or The Great Monastery of Auspicious Victory located off the city island in the southeastern of Ayutthaya where the large pagoda was built to celebrate the victory of King Naresuan’s single-handed combat on elephant back. Then head out to one of the landmarks of the Ayutthaya Historical Park Wat Phra Srisanpetch; the former royal temple lying inside the grand palace compound. At the heart of the temple, there are three adjacent bell-shaped pagodas situated on rectangular platforms. It is believed that these were the base of royal houses in the Ayutthaya period. Take in the breathtaking temple complex as your guide shares with you the history behind it. Nearby a short walk to Wiharn Pra Mongkolborpit, a beautifully decorated sanctuary that houses one of the biggest bronze Buddha image in Thailand originally enshrined in the open area outside the Grand Palace and later covered with a Mondop on top ordered by the King. Then it’s time for delicious snack. Head off the beaten track to Market where you can watch Roti Saimai being made right in front of your eyes. Roti Saimai or cotton candy originated from the ancient old capital of Thailand, Ayutthaya, and to this day is one of Ayutthaya’s most preferred sweets. This Thai-style candy floss melts in your mouth just like cotton candy does. Just pile the floss onto the roti and roll up. The more floss you use the better. Meals included: None


Day 2: Ayutthaya — Supanburi — Kanchanaburi

After breakfast at the hotel, leaving Ayutthaya for Suphanburi to visit Samchuk 100 years Market which is one of the most preserved traditional markets in Thailand. Indulge your stomach and your mind by exploring this ancient market in Samchuk district. Nowadays, Samchuk market is not only a tourist attraction with stories to tell, but also the link between Suphanburi from the past to the present. Then, visit Wat Phra Non: the image hall (Wihan) houses a special reclining Buddha image carved from granite about 2 meters long. Interestingly, while most reclining Buddha images lay on one side, the Buddha image here lies supine (in Thai, “Non”), lending the temple its name Next visit will be at Lifestyle and Spirit of Thai Farmers Learning Center where is related to rice and farmers, there is an opportunity to meet the farmers and get to know them very well. Moreover, this preserves the culture of their ancestors. All this will give visitors a better understanding of Thailand. Upon arrival in Kanchanaburi, visit Thailand-Burma Railway Centre, an interactive museum information and research facility dedicated to presenting the history of the Thailand-Burma Railway. Day 3: Kanchanaburi

Depart hotel to the famous Erawan Waterfall National Park where you have the morning to walk all the way to the top and observe the seven beautiful waterfalls that make up this great national park. Next, take a historic ride on Death Railway Train passing over original wooden viaduct constructed by Allied POWs. Day 4: Kanchanaburi — Bangkok

Drive to Samut Songkram province with a stop at Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, the iconic Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, you will be fascinated with the bustling scenery throughout the canals; be amazed with the lively vendors padding their flat boats piled high with fresh produces, chattering with the shoppers on the banks. Then, venture out on the long-tail boat cruising along these small canals, take part in the bargain for some snacks like real locals whist passing by the spectacular and colorful views of traditional Thai life sits on both banks. Then, proceed to visit the truly unique Rom Hub Railway Market where fresh market stalls lying on both sides of the active railway track! Witness breathing-taking scene when the train approaches, you will be amazed at how quickly all the vendors will fold away their umbrellas or awnings to make rooms for the train which will slowly pass by just a few inches away from you. Return to Bangkok hotel or Suvarnabhumi Airport for your flight to nest destination. Meals included: Breakfast
